Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of J-Invest Spa is composed from:

  • Vice President of the Board of Directors (BoD) of J-Invest since 2024.
  • Emeritus Professor of Financial Intermediaries Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, statutory auditor. He is the author of more than 150 publications.
  • He holds positions on the Boards of Directors and Audit Committees of banks, supervised financial intermediaries, and Foundations, both in Italy and abroad.

Managing Director of J-Invest S.p.A. since July 2024

– He gained more than 10 years experience in the banking sector, specifically in the acquisition and management of non performing loans and in corporate banking:

  • in Guber Banca, as Commercial and Development Director and, since 2021, as head of the business coordination center – managing major operations in the Non Performing Exposure field and contributing to the development of numerous products
  • in Mediobanca Credit Solutions, as NPL and Development Director; and previously
  • Vice President in Unicredit Group, as Head of Leased Asset Management (from 2014 to 2016), Head of Special Network Strategies (from 2013 to 2014) and Head of Business Development Unicredit Factoring (from 2011 to 2012)

– Formerly, he was manager in VALUE PARTNERS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, a strategic consulting firm part of the Value Partner Group, from 2005 to 2011.

  • Board Member of J-Invest S.p.A. since 2024;
  • Partner since 2015 at BDM Audit Srl and serves as a reference point for various supervised entities in second and third-level functions.
  • He began his professional career at Finanziaria Internazionale, Securitisation Services Spa, specializing in regulatory compliance and organizational systems, as well as control functions.

  • Board member of J-Invest S.p.A. from 16 May 2024
  • Chartered accountant registered with the Bologna Order since 1983 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since its establishment in 1995.
  • Partner of Studio Gnudi since the establishment of the professional association in 1988.

  • Independent director of J-Invest since 2018.
  • Giovanni has a long experience within financial sector in the areas of capital market management of securities and derivatives portfolios, treasury and ALM. Consultant on risk management, internal controls and finance for banks and financial intermediaries. Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

Board of Auditors

Currently composed from:

  • Over ten years of experience as Deputy General Manager of Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, S.p.A.. Lawyer registered with the Bologna bar since 1975 with extensive experience in banking, financial, corporate and commercial law matters.
  • He has held and still holds countless roles as Administrator and Liquidator in Banking, Financial, Leasing and Real Estate Companies.

  • Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of J-invest since 2020.
  • Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor and Judicial Administrator registered in the section of the Register of experts in business management of the Ministry of Justice. He holds roles as Director, Statutory Auditor or member of supervisory bodies of primary listed and unlisted companies. Founder of the ICFC professional studio

  • Chartered Accountant registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan. Exclusive professional and founding partner of the Bernardi & Associati studio, Milan.
  • He is a contract professor in “Business auditing” at the University of Milan Bicocca, School of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Business and Law.
